Contents:
Sachasabu Sago – 150 GMS.
Carrot – 100 GMS.
Potato – 200 GMS.
Beans – 100 GMS.
Green peas – 50 GMS.
Resk flour – 100 GMS.
Chilly powder – 3 teaspoons
Mustard seeds – 1 spoon
Salt – to taste
Oil – 200 gms.
Method:
Soak Sachasabu sago in water for 45 minutes.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and boil it along with green peas.
Mix all the boiled vegetables and green peas along with chilly powder and salt.
Heat four-spoon oil in a pan. Put mustardseeds into it.
Get Sachasabu soaked sago (Drain out water completely) and add it into the pan after one minute.
Add the ready vegetable mixture. Mix them nicely and take it out.
After cooling, make required sizes of cutlets.
Dip them in the resk flour and roast it.
Serve hot with Sauce.
