Sachasabu Sago Consumer’s Recipes
Sachasabu Sabudana Khichadi (Pyaji)

Sachasabu Sabudana: 1 cup
Boiled Potatoes: 2 Pcs.
Chopped onion: 1 optional
Roasted Peanut (grounded): 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger: To Taste
Chopped Green Chilli: To Taste
Chopped Coriander: To Taste
Mustard Seeds: To Taste
Urad daal: 1/2 tsp
Ghee or Oil
Lemon Juice: To Taste
Turmeric Powder and Salt: To Taste
Method:
Soak the Sachasabu Sabudana for Three Hours.
Take a pan, heat oil and put mustard seeds and urad daal and some curry leaves too.
Then add chopped ginger,chopped green chillies and chopped onions.
Fry. Add the chopped boiled potatoes and fry for a while.
Add turmeric powder and salt and then the soaked Sachasabu sabudana.
Cook this on low heat for about 5-7 mins.
Sprinkle the grounded peanuts.
Mix lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
If using oil instead of ghee, add just a little ghee in the end and mix.
Enjoy this with bikaneri bhujia!
