Contents:
Sachasabu sago Soaked in Lemon juice : 1 cup
Poha (Aval) soaked in tamarind water : 1 cup
Milk : 3 cups
Fine Chopped Onion : Half Cup
Chopped Green Chillies : 2 Tablespoon
Ginger : ¼ Tablespoon
curry leaves & Coriander leaves : As per taste
Mustard seed & urad dal : ¼ Tablespoon
Grated Coconut : ½ Cup
Cooking Oil : ½ Cup
Salt : To your taste
Method:
Heat oil in a Kadahi and add mustard seeds and urad dhal .
Add chopped onion, green chillies and ginger and add milk.
When milk begins to boil, add soaked Sachasabu sago, Poha (Aval) and grated coconut and cook well.
Add curry leaves and coriander leaves and serve hot.
It takes about 40 minutes only to prepare. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
