Contents:
Sachasabu Sago – 250 GMS.
Corn flakes – 200 GMS.
Maida – 1 small spoon.
Potatoes (Boiled) – 2 Pcs.
Groundnut (Fried and powdered) – 1 big spoon.
Sugar – 1 small spoon.
Ginger – a small piece.
Green chillies – 4-5 pcs.
Refined oil – 3 big spoon.
Salt, chili powder, garam-masala, cumin seed,
mustard seed and coriander leaves as per taste.
Method:
Soak Sachasabu sago in water for minimum three hours before preparation to get best results.
Put in a big bowl, Sachasabu soaked sago, Boiled and Meshed Potatoes, Groundnut powder, Maida, little grinded ginger, green chillies (in small pieces), red chillies powder, coriander leaves and salt as per taste.
Mix well. Make small TIKIA shape from the ready mixture. Fry these tikias in oil till golden colour.
Now season these with cuminseeds and mustard seeds seasoning.
Serve hot.
