Submission Starts 1st February 2017 and Ends on 31st March 2017 . Winners would be announced by 15th APRIL 2017.

GUIDELINES:

1. Language of the recipe should be in Hindi or English.
2. Only 100% Vegetarian Recipes will be entertained.
3. Primary ingredient should be anyone or more ’s Sachasabu or Alpahar range of products like (a) SACHASABU Sabudana (Tapioca Sago) (b) SACHASABU sabu-papad (Appalam) (c) ALPAHAR Bhagar Mordhan (Little Millet) (d) ALPAHAR Haldi (Turmeric) Powder or (e) ALPAHAR Khopra Bura (Dessicated Coconut Powder) .
4. Recipes must include the complete list of ingredients including accurate measurement of each ingredient and complete step by step directions including time consumed for complete cooking.
5. Anyone can send any number of entries. Each entry should be accompanied with a disclaimer form (attached below) signed by the participant and a ‘s Sachasabu or Alpahar empty pouch.
6. Each entry should contain a catchy unique name of the recipe and should be neatly and clearly legible hand-written or typed on A4 size white paper with minimum left space of One inch (25 mm) only. Photograph of the finished dish along with recipe would carry extra marks.
7. A few lines of feedback of quality of our product would be much appreciated.
8. All unique and original recipes would be rewarded with Products gift hamper.
9. The Prize winner’s recipes will be printed in next edition of ’s Recipe Booklet with their name and address.
10. All entries should reach at Sabu Trade’s above address on or before Friday, 31st March 2017. Any application / entries received after 31st March 2017 will not be enternained. All decisions of Sabu Trade Company regarding the contest and declaration of result will be final. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction of Salem (Tamilnadu) will be acceptable to all.
11. You can send the entries in three ways i.e. (1) by Post or Courier to Sabu Trade’s above printed Salem Address, (2) through Email at recipes@sachasabu.com or (3) Submit directly to http://www.sachasabu.com in contest 2017 section.
12. A Panel of 6 Judges PAN India (from DELHI, KOLKATA, MUMBAI and SALEM) will judge and give numbers between 1 to 10 separately for (1) Contents and Easyness of Method, (2) Taste and Presentation of Recipes and (3) Photos or Videos attached with Recipe. All Judges will submit their report individually to the board of STPL on or before 7th January 2017. In case of Tie, the board will issue extra mark to most competative entry and will announce the result on 15th April 2017 on their website. The First, Second and Third prize winners will receive phone call or information on their Email, if they have already submitted their phone/mobile numbers and Email address. Else, through post they will receive the information.
13. It is agreed that the contestant would not make any representation or convass for its entry.
14. It is also agreed that the contestant would agree that the result so announced by the Judges is final and the same would not be challenged in any Court/ Forum in any manner.
15. That the contestant will not seek reasons for the decision arrived at by the Judges and the meetings/ reasoning of the Judges will remain confidential.
16. That the contestant agree that the courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu have the exclusive jurisdiction, in case of any dispute whatsoever.
17. That the prizes announced by the Judges will be final and binding. Any quality or size of the prize will not be negotiable. Sabu Trade Private Limited will distribute goods being first, second and third prize manufactured by a reputed company. However, Sabu Trade Private Limited is not reponsible for quality, fault, warranties of such product and the receipent has to deal directly with the concerned manufacturer for the same.
